Whole Foods Market Inc. will relocate its Southeast office to downtown Atlanta, reports The Atlanta Business Chronicle. Whole Foods will occupy the third and fourth floors of 300 Colony Square, an 87,000-square-foot building under construction. The company will lease about 40,000 square feet in the building. It is leaving its suburban office building in Roswell after looking for a creative, loft office space in Midtown for most of the year.
Meanwhile, construction of Whole Foods' flagship store in Midtown is also underway. Plans were filed in Atlanta earlier in 2018 for the construction of the grocery store, which is coming to the ground-floor of the 39-story "Icon" apartment tower. Full Story
