B.Good will debut its first locations in the Midwest when it opens stores in the Chicago metropolitan area in Vernon Hills, Schaumburg, and Naperville, Ill. Additional openings are planned in the greater Albany, N.Y. and Charlotte, N.C. markets later in 2018.
B. Good focuses on locally sourced burgers, bowls, salads, and smoothies. Local sourcing partners for Chicago include Bobtail Ice Cream Co., Gotham Greens, Russell Costanza Farms, MightyVine, and Highland Baking Co. The chain currently has 70 locations across the globe, with more than 50 in the U.S.
