Mondelez International will switch to 100 percent sustainable cocoa by 2025 for its chocolate brands. Currently, 43 percent of Mondelez's chocolate brands are participating in its Cocoa Life program.
International and local brands including Toblerone and Lacta will join Milka, Côte d'Or, and Cadbury Dairy Milk in sourcing exclusively through the program. This expansion will see an increase in the number of farmers and communities Mondelez International supports across six cocoa origin countries: Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, Indonesia, Dominican Republic, India, and Brazil.
